Return policy

Winslow Salon guarantees the satisfaction of all products. Should a product not meet your expectations, we will exchange that product for another of equal value. No refunds will be given.

Cancellation Policy

Please cancel or reschedule your appointment 48 hours prior to your scheduled service to avoid a 50% charge of the total service. Day of or no-show cancellations are subject to 100% charge of the service booked. 

Late appointment arrival: 15 minutes or later may be subject to cancellation.

Satisfaction Policy

Each stylist is an independent business owner and guarantees your satisfaction for 7 days after the date of service. If you are unsatisfied with the results, your stylist would like to take the opportunity to see you for a complimentary correction appointment. No refunds will be given.
